21.07.2014 - Capital Market Board Debt Instrument Issue Certificate
With the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 12.06.2014 and numbered 2014/10, it was resolved to issue debt instruments in TL, in an amount not to exceed TL 200,000,000 (two hundred million TL), at a single time or at multiple times, in the form of sales to qualified investors without public offering, and an issue application was filed with the Capital Market Board for such issue. The Issue Certificate approved with the Capital Market Board's resolution dated 17.07.2014 and numbered 22/699 for the said debt instrument issue is attached.
