TOPOLASER

What Is a Topolaser?

With the topolaser, the topographic map of the cornea is created in 3D, like a fingerprint, and laser treatment is programmed for each patient.

Unlike the Wavefront treatment, this treatment is based on the principle of evaluating only the upper surface irregularity of the cornea.

To whom can topolaser be applied?

It can be applied:

  • To patients who cannot use contact lenses,
  • To patients who had cross-linking treatment to improve vision after 6 months,
  • To patients whose corneal thickness will remain at least 400 microns after laser application,
  • To patients with keratoconus who have had a previous corneal transplant and have low vision due to high astigmatism.
