Client Support Chat 

If you make use of the chat function on our website, we process all information that you provide to us, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and the questions you have asked us.

After signing up for an information evening, your data will be removed no later than 12 months after the information evening. The data provided when booking a quick scan or medical eye examination via our contact form, will be removed no later than 12 months. Personal information provided via our client support chat will be retained no later than 12 months.

You have the right to request an overview of the personal data that we have registered about you. You can also request us to change incorrect personal data or remove your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data or request a restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you.
