Communication skills are of vital importance in the healthcare industry, regardless of the person's job or title. We have orientation processes and continuous and planned training programs in place to encourage personal development and enhance communication skills. Our training programs include, among others, foreign language education, quality training, customer relations training, training in basic communication skills and team work training.
Our aim is to carry out systematic efforts that will further raise our maximum service quality and bring added value. Therefore, we develop business- and result-oriented training programs with this goal in mind and ask ourselves: "Why do we need this training?" The answer is simple: So that our staff can achieve better results. For this, we design goal-oriented training programs which further develop the business.
